MEP Engineering

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented MEP Engineering professional to execute

and monitor Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites. The

candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to

ensure smooth project execution while maintaining quality, safety, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of

MEP services with overall project works.

 Review MEP drawings and technical specifications and ensure compliance during

installation.

 Monitor project schedules and site activities to ensure timely completion of MEP works.

 Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and adherence to project

requirements.

 Troubleshoot technical issues related to MEP installations and provide solutions.

 Provide technical guidance and support to the site execution team.

 Prepare and maintain site documentation including daily reports, progress reports, and

as-built drawings.

 Coordinate and handle client and consultant inspections.

 Assist in preparation of running bills and certification of completed works.

 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at site.

Required Skills

 Hands-on experience in execution and installation of MEP systems (HVAC, Fire Fighting,

Plumbing, and Electrical).

 Good knowledge of MEP drawings and site coordination.

 Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

 Strong communication and coordination skills.

 Ability to work in a team and manage site activities effectively.

 Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

 Experience in Residential, Commercial or Industrial projects.

 Exposure to site execution, testing & commissioning, and inspections.

 Experience in coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
