Job Description

Project: US Healthcare Medical Billing / RCM

Process: End-to-end or assigned medical billing functions


Scope of Work:


* Patient demographics & insurance verification

* Charge entry

* Claims submission

* Claims scrubbing & rejection handling

* Payment posting

* AR follow-up

* Denial management

* Insurance calling

* Patient account follow-up

* Claim status checking

* EOB/ERA processing

* Reporting & quality control




Working Hours:

US healthcare process timings as per client requirement.



Requirements:


* Operational BPO/medical billing company

* Experienced medical billing/RCM resources

* Good English communication

* Secure work environment

* Dedicated team and management

* Quality monitoring and reporting capability
