Job DescriptionEesha Infra Developers & Realty is looking for an experienced and target-driven Marketing Manager to manage our telecalling and marketing team and drive customer conversions.

The candidate will be responsible for team management, monitoring telecaller performance, handling client meetings, attending site visits, supporting lead conversions and ensuring weekly & monthly targets are achieved.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage, guide and motivate the team of Telecallers and Marketing Executives.
• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly team performance.
• Set and ensure achievement of weekly and monthly targets.
• Review leads generated, follow-ups, client meetings and site visits.
• When telecallers generate a site visit or client meeting, the Marketing Manager will handle/attend the meeting and accompany the client to the site.
• Take responsibility for converting qualified leads into site visits and sales opportunities.
• Handle important/high-potential clients and assist the team with negotiations and conversions.
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to improve performance.
• Attend and manage offline events, exhibitions, property stalls and promotional campaigns conducted by the company.
• Coordinate with the team during events and ensure maximum lead generation.
• Follow up with high-potential customers and support the sales team in closing deals.
• Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
• Provide regular performance reports and updates to management.
• RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Marketing is mandatory.
• Previous experience managing a telecalling/sales team preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident in handling client meetings and property site visits.
• Target-oriented and capable of motivating a team.
• Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits and company events.
• Comfortable working at offline events, exhibitions and property stalls.
• Good knowledge of Hyderabad's real estate market preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
