Job Description

Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, patient engagement, lead generation, and business growth for the clinic. The role involves managing digital and offline marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, handling promotional activities, analyzing campaign performance, and strengthening the clinic’s market presence.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, creativity, communication, branding, and analytical skills with experience in healthcare, wellness, lifestyle, or service-based marketing.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Marketing Strategy & PlanningDevelop and implement monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Create branding, awareness, and lead generation strategies for clinic services and programs.
  • Plan promotional campaigns for diabetes reversal, obesity management, lifestyle programs, and health awareness initiatives.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with management regarding campaign priorities and business targets.
  • 2. Digital Marketing ManagementManage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
  • Coordinate and monitor digital campaigns including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and lead generation campaigns.
  • Work closely with designers, content creators, and video editors for marketing creatives.
  • Ensure regular posting of educational, promotional, and patient engagement content.
  • Monitor online engagement, reach, lead quality, and conversion performance.
  • Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and patient acquisition.
  • 3. Branding & PromotionsEnsure consistent clinic branding across all online and offline platforms.
  • Coordinate branding materials such as brochures, standees, posters, banners, and promotional kits.
  • Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
  • Support public relations and reputation-building activities.
  • Promote patient testimonials, success stories, and Google review campaigns.
  • 4. Lead Generation & Conversion SupportCoordinate with telecalling and CRM teams regarding campaign leads and follow-ups.
  • Monitor lead flow, campaign effectiveness, and patient conversion trends.
  • Support the sales and operations teams in improving patient acquisition strategies.
  • Ensure timely sharing and tracking of campaign-generated leads.
  • Work towards increasing consultation bookings and program enrollments.
  • 5. Content & Campaign CoordinationCoordinate creation of marketing content including videos, reels, posters, blogs, and educational material.
  • Ensure content aligns with clinic standards, medical ethics, and brand messaging.
  • Collaborate with doctors and clinical teams for awareness and educational campaigns.
  • Plan festival, seasonal, and special occasion marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • 6. Reporting & Performance AnalysisPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
  • Track campaign performance metrics including:
  • Leads generated
  • Conversion rates
  • Social media engagement
  • Ad performance
  • ROI metrics
  • Brand reach and visibility
  • Present actionable insights and improvement strategies to management.
  • Monitor budgets and marketing expenditures effectively.
  • 7. Team Coordination & Process ComplianceCoordinate with internal departments for smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, printers, and promotional partners.
  • Ensure adherence to company branding guidelines and approval processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of business and campaign-related information.
  • Support management in process improvement and business development initiatives.

  • Experience in digital marketing campaign management is preferred
