Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new business leads.
  • Identify potential companies, industries, factories, warehouses and upcoming construction projects.
  • Manage and guide the marketing/telecalling team.
  • Build relationships with Purchase, Projects, Engineering, Facility, Admin and Management teams of client companies.
  • Follow up with new enquiries, quotations, meetings and site visits.
  • Coordinate with the technical and estimation teams for enquiries and proposals.
  • Maintain the company's customer and lead database.
  • Track daily calls, leads, meetings, enquiries and conversions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify upcoming industrial and commercial construction projects in Hyderabad and Telangana.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports for management.
  • Support management in developing new markets and business opportunities.
