Job Description
- Manpower Recruiter – Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify staffing needs and understand job requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, references, field visits, and local networks
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct interviews and initial assessments
- Verify documents and background details
- Coordinate with HR, operations, and training teams for deployment
- Maintain a database of candidates and follow up regularly
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates
- Handle bulk hiring for security guards, supervisors, housekeeping staff
- Maintain recruitment reports and daily hiring status
- Build strong local manpower contacts and reduce dropout ratio
- Ensure company hiring policies and standards are followed
