Job Purpose
- Responsible for activation and number management for the circle
- Ensure 100% audit and compliance on all activation process
- Do the stakeholder management for activation process
- Sales and service team support to ensure smooth activation
- Identify the NC and ensure to take necessary action on NC
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
1) Improve Customer KYC experience for Prepaid - eKYC/ DKYC/
2) Improve SIM Exchange experience for Prepaid through eKYC/ DKYC
3) Ensure circle gross volumes projection are timely shared with corporate team
4)Maintain DKYC TAT through accurate forecasting and planning in collaboration with sales team. And also monitor Neo activation process from both TATs and experience standpoint a)Ensure availability of Mobile numbers through timely recycling
5) Proactive SIM pairing to ensure sufficient supply of SIMs as per market requirements
6) Ensure availability of numbers in CYN pool
7) Ensure correct tagging of Premium numbers in CYN pool
8) Drive digital penetration for increased stickiness and retention.
9) Effortless experience for KYC based processes such as activations & SIMex process, PDR, TOO, RV ect for both prepaid and postpaid
10)Improve TNPS and NPS for Prepaid journeys by collaborating within CS cluster teams and participate in cluster programs.
11)Tracking adoption of newly rolled out functionalities / demand deployments in various systems along with Process roll-out and adherence

- Excel
- M.S. access
- BI tools will be added advantage
Must have technical / professional qualifications
Professional Qualifications
- Graduate
- Experience in working on Training systems/ tools / methodologies
- Experience in Telecom, Retail and Service Industry
- Overall experience of 1 - 3 years
