Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Manager to design and implement scalable, innovative solutions using the ServiceNow Platform. Manager will be responsible for managing functional and process documentation. Should be able to lead team in all the Service Now modules like ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, Sec Ops. The Candidate should be having an expertise in ServiceNow Architecture, Development and Integration, timelines.
Role Responsibilities:
The Service-Now Manager is responsible to manage delivery of IT Service Management tool Implementations across multiple geographies
Sizing up effort estimates, writing up SOW’s proposals for Service-Now implementations.
Provide Clear & Consistent communication on deliverables to all stakeholders.
Responsible for assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time within budget and timelines.
Ensure team members have skills and tools to perform their jobs, act as point of escalation to leadership.
Responsible for managing budget & effort estimates on projects
Responsible for helping drive technical outcomes and managing large team of intermediate and junior employees that perform within set technical guidelines and standard operating procedures.
Support business process owners in configuring the platform
Ability to manage practice operations and ensure practice compliance with firm wide policies including risk management.
Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting, retaining and training professionals
Requirement:
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
Very strong and established track record of managing complex ITSM, Custom modules tool deployment involving multiple stakeholders and team members
Ability to manage delivery for people and manage their performance effectively
Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.
Must-Have Certifications:
ITIL Certifications (desired)
Service-Now Certifications (Preferred)
Scrum master (Preferred)
Experience & Background:
B-Tech/BCA/MCA/MBA
10+ years of IT industry experience.
Minimum 5 year of Delivery experience on ITSM Tools (Remedy/Service-Now)
Ideal candidate should understand ITSM Process & Capabilities of Servicenow Platform
Awareness of ITSM & custom modules in Service Now Platform following best development practices including exposure to ITIL process
Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills
Knowledge of web-based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, Ajax
Excellent Communication Skills.
