Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for field-level geography mapping, identifying and managing source relationships, recruiting channel partners, and ensuring excellent customer relationship management.   • Roles & ResponsibilitiesArea / Lane / Geography Mapping: Conduct regular lane-to-lane and area mapping of the allocated geography with guidance from the supervisor. Identify new business sources and update the reporting manager on progress during daily team huddles.
  • Source Relationship Management: Actively manage and nurture relationships with all assigned and newly identified sources within the designated geography.
  • Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify market needs and potential opportunities for appointing new channel partners to expand network reach.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Enhance the overall customer experience by developing, maintaining, and strengthening customer relationships.
  • End-to-End File Completion: Ensure the timely collection and submission of complete customer application forms, required documentations, and accurate information.
  • Daily Activity Tracking & Reporting: Maintain daily diaries and sales activity reports in the prescribed formats.
  • Team Collaboration: Attend mandatory daily team huddles as per the established organizational process to discuss targets and strategies.
  • Desired Candidate ProfileEducation: Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in sales.
  • Industry Preference: Prior experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
  • Mobility: Must be open to field travel and must possess a valid Two-Wheeler.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
