L 2.5 Support Engineer
Job Title: L2.5 Support Engineer – Investment Management Platform
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Description:
• Provide
L2.5 production support
in MSP or Investment Management/Financial Services environments
• Troubleshoot and support
investment systems, market data feeds (Bloomberg, Reuters), and portfolio analytics platforms
• Act as a rapid-response resource for
live trade execution environments
ensuring minimal downtime and SLA adherence
• Support integrations with
Aladdin, SimCorp, Calypso, FactSet, or similar IM platforms
• Monitor and manage
system-to-system data flows and API integrations
• Work with
Python/PLSQL scripting and Kubernetes
for operational support activities
• Collaborate with development and support teams following
SDLC processes
• Participate in
24x7 on-call support rotations
Required Skills:
• Strong domain expertise in
Investment Management / Capital Markets
(mandatory)
• Experience in
L2.5 production support
within MSP or financial services environments
• Knowledge of
market data systems and trading support operations
• Strong understanding of
data engineering concepts and API management
• Exposure to
Python, PL/SQL, and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with
Git/Bitbucket, SDLC processes, and test automation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
