Job Description

Kitchen Staff – Job Description

  • Prepare food items according to recipes, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Assist the Chef/Cook in daily kitchen operations.
  • Handle cutting, chopping, marination, cooking, and food preparation.
  • Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials.
  • Check the quality and freshness of ingredients.
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly.
  • Minimize food wastage and follow portion-control standards.
  • Support timely preparation of customer orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations throughout the shift.
  • Follow company rules, safety procedures, and instructions from the supervisor.
  • Work effectively as part of the kitchen team.
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Outlet Manager.
