Telesales Executive AssociateCompany: HGS
Industry: Banking & Financial Services
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound & outbound calls to promote loans, credit cards, insurance, and investments.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product information.
- Handle customer queries and objections.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build customer relationships and maintain records.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Follow company policies and regulatory requirements.
- RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year sales/telesales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of financial products preferred.
- English + Kannada/Tamil/Bengali/Odia/Malayalam.
- Work & SalaryTiming: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Setup: Call Centre
- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month
- Incentives: Performance-based
