Junior Sales Associate

Ayana Jewellers is seeking a full-time Junior Sales Executive(Male) to join our team at our Hyderabad location. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our products through excellent customer service and product knowledge. The Sales Executive should be able to understand the customer's needs and recommend products that will fit their requirements. The role requires the sales executive to develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities and also should travel to workshops to oversee orders, coordinate with craftsmen, and ensure seamless execution of designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing personalized jewelry recommendations.
• Travel to workshops to monitor orders, communicate specifications, and maintain quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and artisans.
• Provide information on product features, pricing, and craftsmanship.
• Ensure the showroom and product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
• Address customer queries and concerns with professionalism.
• Assist with billing and basic documentation as needed.
• Meet sales targets through excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Valid driving license (mandatory) and willingness to travel as required.
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and vendors.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance.
