Job Description:

We are actively seeking talented Engineers with hands-on experience in CAD tools and product design. Our Design Engineers play a vital role within our multidisciplinary technical team, collaborating closely with embedded, firmware, and software engineers across various innovative company projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to the latest Industry 4.0 technologies and contribute directly to core product development initiatives in a highly collaborative and technology-driven environment.

Qualification / Requirements:

·      Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of experience with a B. Tech degree or 0 to 1 year of experience with an M. Tech degree in Mechanical Engineering, exposure to Manufacturing & Mechatronics is desired

·      Preference will be given to candidates from reputed colleges and universities such as NITs and other recognized campus institutions.

·      We are looking for self-driven and motivated individuals who are passionate about learning, exploring new technologies, and solving challenges independently rather than relying solely on assigned tasks.

Roles & responsibilities:

·      Design and develop innovative mechanical products and solutions for industrial automation applications.

·      Create and optimize 3D CAD models, generate G-codes, and develop scripts for customization and automation of software tools.

·      Contribute to the development of the company’s engineering products by solving complex technical and design challenges.

·      Work on machine controllers, automation systems, programming, and CAD tool development to support advanced engineering solutions.

·      Coordinate and communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams whenever required.

·      Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors while presenting project updates, technical progress, research findings, and key performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
