Job Title: Site Supervisor – Interior Projects
Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior project execution, ensuring quality, timely completion, and smooth coordination between site teams, vendors, and project managers. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills and hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with labour teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor work progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Check measurements and verify material usage at the site.
- Ensure timely receipt and proper handling of materials.
- Identify and report snagging and quality issues.
- Maintain quality standards and safety practices at the site.
- Coordinate with Project Managers and design teams to resolve execution-related issues.
- Provide regular photo updates and progress reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in interior site supervision or fit-out projects.
- Ability to read and interpret interior drawings.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
