Job Title: Architect – Commercial Interiors

Job Summary:

We are looking for Architects with hands-on experience in commercial interior fit-outs for office workspaces and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should have expertise in space planning, working drawings, BOQs, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute commercial office interiors and workplace fit-out projects.
• Prepare working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and coordinate with site teams.
• Conduct site visits, monitor project execution, and ensure design quality.

Mandatory:

Experience in commercial office interiors and fit-out projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp/3Ds Max is preferred.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, space planning, and execution.

Working hours 6 days a week and regular business hours.
