Job Title: Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements, preferences, budget, and timelines.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, space plans, and presentation materials.
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, 3D renderings, and design specifications.
• Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, materials, lighting, and décor elements.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure design compliance.
• Prepare project budgets, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and cost estimates.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and design innovations.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design (adjust based on role level).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
