Job Title : Inside sales
Employment Type : Full-Time
Timings : 11am to 8pm
Qualification 10th Pass / Intermediate
Experience: Minimum 1 Year Experience in Retail Sales
Gender:Female Preferred (Male candidates may also be considered)
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Languages:Telugu, Hindi & Basic English
Industry Background OTC Products, Wellness, Healthcare Retail, Pharmacy Retail, FMCG, Supermarkets, D-Mart, Retail Sales
*Compensation & Benefits*
Salary Range ₹17,000 – ₹20,000 CTC per month
Incentives Attractive performance-based incentives
Incentive Eligibility Candidates achieving sales targets above ₹3,000 are eligible for incentives. Higher incentives are applicable for sales performance exceeding ₹4,000.
*Working Schedule*
27–28 working days per month
One weekly off between Monday and Friday
Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days
