Job Description

We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions
*Responsibilities:
SAP HCM Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
System Configuration: Customize and configure SAP HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO and SuccessFactors.
User Training: Conduct workshops and training sessions for HR teams and end-users.
Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and apply system upgrades or patches.
🛠 Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll).
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
Proficiency in HR business processes and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Minimum of 5 years of SAP HCM consulting or implementation experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field; SAP certification preferred.
