Human Resource Executive

Alkemy EdTech is an AI-first upskilling and career acceleration company building high-performance teams across sales, operations, marketing, and academics.

We are looking for a highly disciplined HR Operations Executive who can maintain operational accountability, employee discipline, workplace professionalism, and performance adherence across teams.

This is not a basic coordination or recruitment-only role.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership, enforce standards consistently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, break adherence, and employee discipline
• Track employee performance, reporting adherence, and operational compliance
• Ensure workplace decorum, professionalism, and policy enforcement across teams
• Coordinate with managers regarding performance concerns, escalations, and corrective actions
• Maintain HR records, trackers, documentation, and operational reporting
• Identify operational gaps proactively and escalate issues without delay
• Support employee engagement while maintaining accountability standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or People Operations
• Strong operational discipline and follow-up capability
• Ability to handle difficult conversations and performance discussions professionally
• Highly organized, observant, and process-oriented
• Comfortable working with performance metrics, adherence monitoring, and operational reporting
• Experience handling sales or target-driven teams is strongly preferred
• Candidates looking for purely administrative or coordination-only HR roles are not a fit

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Timings : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
