We are looking for an Admin Manager to manage the day-to-day administration and facilities of our call centre.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate housekeeping and vendors.
Monitor attendance and office discipline.
Coordinate internet, electricity and maintenance requirements.
Maintain administrative records.
Support management with daily operational activities.
Requirements
1–3 years of administration experience preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
Ability to coordinate multiple activities.
