               I.         Recruitment and Responsible for sourcing candidates through various portals & social media sites, should have a good understanding and hands-on experience of recruitment tools

            II.         Employee Onboarding

         III.         Induction training to new joiners

          IV.         Employees' attendance day to day monitoring through the time office software.

             V.         New employees ESI & PF enrolments & Challans preparation.

          VI.         Payroll management

       VII.         Contract Labour (Security /Housekeeping) management

    VIII.         Employees' Grievances Handling

          IX.          CTC preparation offer /Appointment / etc. letters preparation.

             X.         Employees' exit formalities.
