Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and leave management, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and HR documentation. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle employee-related matters professionally.
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Selection: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Employee Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, document verification, offer letters, appointment letters, and induction programs.
- Attendance and Leave Management: Maintain attendance records, monitor leave balances, and coordinate with the payroll team
