Housekeeping Staff - Commercial Towers (Panjagutta)

The Housekeeping Specialist is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all assigned commercial and corporate spaces. This role ensures a pristine, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, employees, and visitors, strictly adhering to Kassel Works' quality benchmarks and standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Cleaning & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and common areas using commercial-grade equipment.

• Dust and wipe down all surfaces, including office desks, reception areas, conference rooms, glass panels, and fixtures.
• Empty trash bins, replace liners daily, and ensure proper segregation of dry, wet, and hazardous corporate waste.
• Deep clean and sanitize bathrooms continuously throughout the day, ensuring essential supplies (soap, tissue, paper towels) are fully stocked.

2. Specialized & Deep Cleaning: Clean glass windows, partitions, and mirrored surfaces.

• Perform periodic deep cleaning tasks as scheduled (e.g., carpet shampooing, floor polishing, upholstery cleaning).
• Promptly attend to and clean up sudden spills or stains in high-traffic zones.

3. Equipment & Chemical Safety: Safely operate commercial cleaning machinery (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuum cleaners).

• Dilute and handle cleaning chemicals strictly according to safety data sheets (SDS) and manufacturer instructions.
• Report any maintenance defects, broken fixtures, or equipment malfunctions immediately to the Supervisor.

4. Compliance & Professionalism: Adhere to corporate health and safety guidelines, ensuring proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.

• Maintain a neat, professional appearance in the provided Kassel Works uniform at all times.
• Interact professionally and courteously with clients and occupants of the commercial building.
