Housekeeping Staff

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Hospital Housekeeping Staff to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across hospital premises. The candidate will be responsible for cleaning patient rooms, wards, corridors, washrooms, and other hospital areas while strictly following hospital hygiene and infection-control protocols.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain patient rooms, wards, ICU areas, corridors, waiting areas, offices, and washrooms.
• Perform regular sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitization of hospital areas.
• Follow proper infection-control and hospital sanitation procedures.
• Collect, segregate, and dispose of waste according to hospital guidelines.
• Handle biomedical waste carefully and follow proper color-coded waste segregation procedures.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces, furniture, doors, and equipment areas.
• Maintain cleanliness around patient beds and other assigned areas.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness during patient shifting, discharge, and room preparation.
• Refill housekeeping supplies such as disinfectants, tissues, soaps, and other materials when required.
• Report spills, damaged equipment, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Follow PPE and workplace safety guidelines while performing housekeeping duties.
• Maintain proper hygiene standards in washrooms and common areas.
• Coordinate with nursing, administration, and housekeeping supervisors when required.
• Complete assigned cleaning duties within the scheduled shift.
• Maintain professional behavior and respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
