Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Hospitality & Engagement

• Warm Welcome: Greet arriving guests with a friendly smile, seat them, and make them feel instantly comfortable.
• Art Promotion: Enthusiastically introduce and encourage guests to explore the available art activities, pottery, or creative projects in the cafe.
• Workshop Hosting: Lead and facilitate art workshops, creating a fun, creative, and supportive environment for participants of all skill levels.

2. Operations, Sales & Handover

• Checkout & Billing: Process transactions accurately for cafe items, art activities, and finished artwork.
• Artwork Handover: Safely package and hand over completed art objects to guests with attention to detail and care.
• Customer Outreach: Actively call past and potential customers to introduce new business engagements, seasonal workshops, and special events.

3. Inventory & Reporting

• Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels of art supplies, raw materials, and finished art pieces.
• Reporting: Prepare regular inventory reports to ensure art items and creative materials are always adequately stocked and accounted for.

• Passion for Art & Creativity: Comfortable learning, hosting, and guiding guests through simple art processes and workshops.
• Organization & Accuracy: Reliable in handling billing/POS systems and maintaining accurate inventory reports.
• Communication Skills: Confident verbal communication for welcoming guests and making outbound customer calls.
