Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Target Achievement:

o Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual home loan sales targets by effectively managing the DSA channel.

o Ensure that DSAs meet their targets by providing them with necessary support and resources.

2. DSA Recruitment & Onboarding:

o Recruit and onboard new DSA partners to expand the sales network.

o Conduct training sessions to onboard and continuously educate DSA agents about home loan products, processes, and compliance standards.

3. DSA Relationship Management:

o Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with DSA agents to encourage consistent business.

o Regularly engage with DSAs to understand their challenges, provide solutions, and ensure smooth processing of home loan applications.

4. Lead Generation & Conversion:

o Collaborate with DSAs to generate leads and drive conversions of prospects into home loan customers.

o Monitor the DSA agents' lead generation efforts, ensure quality control, and help close high-value deals.

5. Market Analysis & Strategy:

o Analyze the performance of DSAs in the region and provide guidance to improve sales outcomes.

o Implement strategies to boost market penetration for home loans and identify opportunities for growth.

6. Sales Performance Monitoring:

o Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance of DSA agents.

o Provide regular performance feedback and set action plans to address performance gaps.

7. Compliance & Risk Management:

o Ensure that all home loan applications processed by DSAs are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

o Identify and mitigate risks related to DSA activities, loan documentation, and customer interactions.

8. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

o Work closely with internal teams (Credit, Operations) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications from DSA leads.

9. Reporting & Documentation:

o Provide regular updates to the senior management on DSA performance, sales achievements, challenges, and market trends.

o Ensure accurate reporting of all sales activities and pipeline data.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

· Experience: 5 years of experience in sales in home loans or financial services. Prior experience with managing team and working with DSA agents is required.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

· Sales Expertise: Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets, especially in financial products like home loans.

· DSA Management: Experience in managing and motivating DSA agents or channel partners.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with DSA agents and customers.

· Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of home loan products, processes, documentation, and industry regulations.
