GHMC Billing & Payment Follow-up Executive

Job Summary

Rasha Infrastructure & Services Limited is looking for a dedicated Field Executive to coordinate exclusively with various offices of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) for submission of bills, follow-up of files, coordination with departmental officials and timely collection of payments. The role requires extensive travel across different GHMC offices within Hyderabad and regular interaction with Accounts, Engineering and Administrative officials.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit various GHMC offices on a daily basis as instructed by Management.
• Submit bills, invoices, measurement books (where applicable) and supporting documents.
• Follow up with concerned GHMC officials for processing and approval of bills.
• Track movement of files through different departments.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Engineering and Finance sections regarding pending payments.
• Collect acknowledgements, payment advice, cheques and other official documents as required.
• Maintain daily records of visits, discussions and follow-up status.
• Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR) to the Head Office.
• Immediately report any issues delaying bill processing or payment release.
• Maintain professional and courteous relationships with GHMC officials.

Eligibility

• Graduate preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of field collection, liaison or recovery experience.
• Candidates with experience in Credit Card Collections, Personal Loan Collections, Banking Field Collections, NBFC Collections or Recovery Executive roles will be given preference.
• Must own a two-wheeler.
• Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
• Android smartphone with GPS is compulsory.
• Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi and basic English.

Salary & Benefits

Fixed Salary: ₹16000 to ₹20,000/- per month

Petrol Allowance:

• Paid based on actual official travel.
• Distance will be verified through the Company’s GPS-based attendance/tracking application.
• Only approved official travel will be considered for reimbursement.

Performance Incentive:

• ₹500/- for every ₹1,00,000 of payment successfully realized and credited to the Company’s bank account through the employee’s documented follow-up efforts.
• Incentives will be calculated and released after verification by the Accounts Department.

Important Conditions:

• This is a full-time field position requiring availability during official working hours.
• Daily GPS tracking through the Company’s designated mobile application is mandatory.
• Candidates must not be engaged in any delivery, gig work, freelancing or other employment, including platforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, Zepto, Amazon Flex, Porter, Rapido, Uber, Ola or similar services.
• Any unauthorized dual employment or moonlighting will be treated as serious misconduct and may result in immediate disciplinary action, including termination of employment.

• Number of GHMC office visits completed.
• Timely submission and tracking of bills.
• Reduction in payment processing time.
• Total value of payments realized.
• Accuracy and timeliness of daily reporting.
• Professional conduct with GHMC officials.
