Job Description – Franchise EBO Sales Executive

Job Summary

An EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) Franchise Sales Executive is primarily responsible for driving retail revenue, maintaining visual brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with franchise partners.
  • Conduct regular business review calls and store visits.
  • Ensure franchisees comply with company policies and SOPs.
  • Ensure proper product display as per category, size, colour, and collection.
  • Maintain store layout and Plan customer flow according Peak Hours.
  • Ensure mannequins are dressed with the latest collections.
  • Coordinate with the teams for new product launches.
  • Tracking store stock, managing replenishment, and minimizing product shrinkage.
  • Maintaining excellent cleanliness, billing desk readiness, and display order.
  • Train store team or Store Manager on Product Knowledge.
  • Coordinate with team during store openings

 

Daily Activities

  • Visit assigned stores.
  • Check window displays.
  • Maintaining excellent cleanliness, billing desk readiness, and display order.
  • Tracking store stock, managing replenishment, and minimizing product shrinkage.
  • Ensure proper lighting and signage.
  • Support franchisees in achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor stock availability and replenishment.
  • Suggest promotional activities to improve sales.
  • Encourage participation in seasonal offers and new product launches.

Skills Required

  • Strong Sales and Customer service orientation.
  • Fashion sense and trend awareness.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Problem Solving and decision-making ability.
  • Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, ERP Billing, MS Office)

 

Experience

  • 2 Years in Retail EBO Store Sales.
  • Experience in Apparel or Fashion Retail Store preferred.
