Job Title: Floor Supervisor – Sarees Section

Location: Ameerpet, Hyderabad

We are hiring an experienced and customer-focused Floor Supervisor for the Sarees Section for a reputed retail fashion chain at Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day floor operations, guiding sales staff, handling customer requirements, maintaining product display standards, coordinating stock availability, and ensuring smooth sales operations in the sarees section.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the sarees section and ensure excellent customer service
• Guide customers in product selection and support the sales team
• Monitor stock display, product arrangement, and section cleanliness
• Coordinate with store management for stock movement and replenishment
• Motivate and guide sales executives to achieve daily sales targets
• Handle customer queries and ensure a pleasant shopping experience

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in sarees, textiles, ethnic wear, or retail fashion preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to manage a team and maintain discipline on the floor
• Energetic, responsible, and target-oriented
