Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Recruitment Executive to support our growing recruitment operations across India. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, understanding client requirements, and supporting the complete hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple client requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on job requirements and shortlist suitable profiles.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Support offer, documentation, and on boarding processes.
• Participate in walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and bulk hiring.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to fulfil manpower requirements within timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, staffing, or a related field.
• Fresher’s with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, target-oriented, and professional approach.
