Field Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative to drive B2B sales of energy management solutions to MSME manufacturing customers through field visits, product demonstrations, and sales closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit qualified MSME manufacturing customers and understand their requirements.
• Conduct factory/site visits and assess energy usage and solution suitability.
• Deliver product demonstrations and explain solution benefits.
• Generate demand, prepare quotations, negotiate commercially, and CLOSE SALES.
• Manage order booking through the designated e-commerce/channel platform.
• Build strong relationships with MSME owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects and drive opportunities through to successful sales closure.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with the sales team.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of B2B field sales experience, with MSME sales experience mandatory.
• Experience in industrial products such as electricals, pumps, motors, compressors, solar, or industrial equipment.
• Proven experience in sales closing and commercial negotiation.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Hyderabad and nearby industrial clusters.
• Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
• Comfortable working directly with MSME owners and decision-makers.
• Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred.

• Languages: Proficiency in Telugu, English & Hindi is mandatory.
