Field Sales Executive – Insurance

Job Role

We are hiring Field Sales Executives – Insurance for a growing insurance company. Candidates with experience in Life & Health Insurance sales and field sales are preferred. The role involves meeting clients, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and explain life & health insurance products
• Generate leads through field work and referrals
• Convert leads into sales and achieve targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Handle customer queries and suggest suitable policies
• Maintain records of sales and follow-ups

Eligibility

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Insurance Sales / Field Sales
• Experience in Life & Health Insurance preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with field work
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
