Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard bike riders for Delhivery’s delivery operations. • Conduct field visits and campaigns to identify and recruit potential riders. • Explain job details, payout structure, and incentives to the riders. • Verify rider documents and ensure proper onboarding process. • Achieve assigned daily and weekly onboarding targets. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales or marketing. • Good communication and convincing skills. • Must own a bike with valid driving license. • Should be self-driven, confident, and result-oriented.
