🏦 Position:Credit Card Sales Executives and Team Leaders with Experience
💼 Experience: 1+ Years in Credit Card / Banking / Field Sales
👥 Requirement: Candidates with an existing sales team preferred
💰 Salary: ₹18,000-30000 + Attractive Incentives
📅 Joining: Immediate
🔥 Key Responsibilities✅ Lead, manage & motivate the Credit Card Sales Team
✅ Achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets
✅ Generate leads and drive credit card applications
✅ Monitor team performance & productivity
✅ Train and guide sales executives
✅ Recruit & onboard new team members
✅ Handle customer escalations and support team members
✅ Ensure proper KYC, documentation & process compliance
✅ Prepare daily/weekly sales reports & MIS
