Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and professional with in-depth knowledge of building materials to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cement, construction chemicals, waterproofing materials, tile adhesives, sanitary ware. You will be responsible for managing procurement, sales, technical support, and project coordination related to these materials.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:

· Degree or diploma or a related field.

· Experience working with construction companies, developers, or infrastructure projects.

· Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

· Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

· Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers for construction materials.

· Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials.

· Provide technical support on product applications and specifications.

· Conduct cost analysis and negotiation with vendors.

· Performance-Based Incentives and Travelling Allowances.

Training :

• Training Provided :Product training on cement,GGBS,tile adhesives, waterproofing products, sand, aggregates, and related construction materials
• Field sales and customer handling training
• Site visit exposure with builders, contractors and procurement team of building
• Training on quotation handling, order processing, and payment follow-up
• CRM and sales reporting training
• Communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills development
