Job Description

  • Lead Conversion & Client Meetings: Meet with prospective buyers on-site, conduct detailed property walk-throughs, and understand client requirements to present suitable real estate options.
  • Pipeline Management: Follow up on inbound leads, conduct outbound sales calls, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Present pricing, payment plans, and promotional offers; negotiate terms to close property sales effectively.
  • Market & Competitor Insights: Stay updated on market trends, property valuations, competitor offerings, and upcoming real estate projects in the target location.
  • Documentation & Coordination: Assist clients with legal documentation, booking procedures, and payment milestones while maintaining accurate CRM entries.
