Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, social media, field marketing, and other sales activities.

• Follow up on company-provided leads promptly.

• Contact prospective customers and understand their construction requirements.

• Schedule appointments between prospective clients and the SHR Homes team.

• Explain SHR Homes’ construction services, process, quality standards, and unique advantages.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to build strong relationships.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed projects and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the technical and project teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.

• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

• Prior experience in sales, real estate, construction, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
