Job Description – Field Sales Executive (Automobile Spare Parts & Lubricants)Position: Field Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Warangal & Khammam, Telangana

  • Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Education: Graduate (Any Degree)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in Field Sales, preferably in Automobile Spare Parts, Lubricants, Automotive Products, or FMCG Sales
  • Must own a Two-Wheeler
  • Valid Driving Licence is mandatory
  • Key ResponsibilitiesVisit automobile spare parts dealers, retailers, workshops, and distributors in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell automobile spare parts and lubricant products.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
  • Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
  • Submit daily visit and sales reports to management.
  • Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong sales and customer handling abilities.
  • Knowledge of automobile spare parts and lubricants is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience in Automotive, Spare Parts, Lubricants, Tyres, Batteries, or Related Sales.
  • Familiarity with local dealer and mechanic networks will be an added advantage.

Interested candidates should be willing to travel across their assigned territory and achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
