Eesha Infra Developers & Realty is hiring Sales Executives – Field Sales with minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in real estate or direct sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate offline leads through field visits, networking and direct marketing.
  • Visit residential areas, offices, businesses and high-footfall locations to acquire customers.
  • Plan and participate in offline promotional events, exhibitions and campaigns.
  • Explain projects, pricing, locations and investment benefits to customers.
  • Generate and coordinate property site visits.
  • Follow up with leads and support the team in closing deals.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain regular lead and activity reports.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Confident, energetic and target-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel and work in the field.
  • Real estate/field sales experience preferred.
