Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Sourcing: Identify and contact potential home loan customers through outbound calls, channel partners, real estate brokers, and open-market visits.
  • Customer Assessment & Eligibility: Evaluate customer financial profiles, check credit scores (such as CIBIL reports), and calculate repayment capacity and loan-to-value
  • Product Advisory: Explain various home loan schemes, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to clients.
  • Documentation & Verification: Collect, review, and verify mandatory customer documents (PAN, address proof, income proof, bank statements, and property/title papers).
  • Bank & Institution Coordination: Liaise with bank representatives, NBFCs, underwriters, and legal/technical verification teams to speed up file processing and
