Field Sales Executive

We are hiring a energetic Field Sales Specialist for FreshPod Hyderabad (Automated Helmet Sanitization Machines).

Your main job will be visiting businesses across Hyderabad, demonstrating our premium machines, and closing B2B sales. If you love being on the field, meeting people, and earning high commissions, this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities (What you will do)

 Visit 4 to 5 commercial locations daily (Two-wheeler service centers, tech parks, gym chains, delivery hubs).

 Give product demonstrations to business owners and facility managers.

 Close B2B sales deals and complete machine installation paperwork.

 Maintain a daily client visit log via WhatsApp/App.

 Ensure clients keep getting timely refills of our sanitizing liquid.

Candidate Requirements (Who can apply)

 Experience: 1 to 3 years in Field Sales or Merchant Onboarding (Preferred if you have worked with Paytm, PhonePe, BharatPe, Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, or telecom).

 Assets: Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) and have a valid Driving License.

 Languages: Must speak Telugu, Hindi, and English.

 Education: Any Degree /MBA preferred.excellent sales experience can also apply).

Salary & Benefits

 Monthly Fixed Salary: 15000-₹18,000 per month

 Fuel & Travel Allowance: ₹6,000 per month (Paid weekly based on field visits)

 Incentive/Commission: ₹5,000 fixed cash incentive on every machine sale you close.

 Total Expected Monthly Income: ₹34,000 to ₹39,000+ (Base + Fuel + closing just 2–3 machines).

 Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Standard field hours)
