About NumNamNumNam is a doctor-founded baby food brand from Hyderabad making clean, science-backed food for babies 6 months and above. We use sprouted ancient grains, real vegetables, and zero harmful additives. We're building our retail presence across Hyderabad and need a motivated field person to make it happen.

• What You'll DoVisit baby stores, pharmacies, organic grocery stores, paediatric clinics, and play schools across Hyderabad
• Introduce NumNam products, explain what makes them different, and onboard new retail points
• Place products on shelves and ensure they are displayed correctly
• Collect feedback from shop owners and paediatricians — you are our eyes on the ground
• Follow up on pending orders and maintain relationships with existing stockists
• Report daily visits and outcomes to the Marketing Executive
• Incentive Structure₹500 for every new shop that places their first confirmed order
• No cap — the more shops you onboard, the more you earn

• Who We're Looking For1–3 years of field sales experience — pharma, FMCG, nutraceuticals, or baby/mother care preferred
• Comfortable talking to shop owners, pharmacists, and doctors
• Energetic, self-driven, and honest — this role needs someone who shows up every day
• Based in Hyderabad with good knowledge of the city
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence
