Job Title: Field Onboarding Executive – Swiggy (Delivery Partners)

Job Overview

We are looking for active, energetic, and self-motivated individuals to help source, hire, and onboard new Delivery Partners (Smart Pixels) for Swiggy. Your primary role will be to meet potential candidates in the field, guide them through the registration process, verify their documents, and ensure they are ready to start delivering. This is a 100% field-based role focused on blue-collar hiring and ground coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sourcing: Identify and pitch Swiggy delivery job opportunities to potential candidates through field visits, local market campaigns, flyer distribution, and referrals.
• Onboarding & KYC: Assist candidates with the Swiggy Delivery Partner app installation, profile creation, and mandatory document verification (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, RC, and Bank Details).
• Training & Briefing: Educate new partners on how to use the Swiggy app, understand order zones, payout structures, weekly incentives, and customer service code of conduct.
• Kit Distribution: Manage and hand over Swiggy delivery bags and t-shirts to successfully onboarded partners.
• Target Achievement: Meet the daily target of 3 to 4 successful onboards / activations per day.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs of walked-in/sourced candidates and share progress reports with the Team Lead (TL).
• Issue Resolution: Support new delivery partners with any basic app glitches or queries during their initial login process.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduates.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in blue-collar hiring, field sales, telecom/SIM activation, or field marketing is a big plus.
• Language: Good communication skills in the local language (Hindi/Regional Language according to location).
• Assets: Must own a Smartphone (Android preferred) and a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid driving license for field travel.
• Traits: Energetic, convincing skills, and highly target-oriented.
