Job Description
- Role & ResponsibilitiesSource blue-collar manpower through local references, labour points, walk-ins, and personal networks.
- Use strong local area knowledge to identify and attract suitable housekeeping and facility support staff.
- Conduct manpower sourcing and screening based on experience, willingness, location, shift, and site requirements.
- Collect and verify candidate documentation and complete joining formalities.
- Manage employee onboarding and site induction.
- Conduct regular site visits to understand manpower requirements and employee concerns.
- Coordinate manpower deployment and ensure timely joining at sites.
- Monitor attendance, manpower availability, and replacements in coordination with HR and Operations.
- Coordinate with the follow-up team for candidate follow-up, joining confirmation, and deployment.
- Willingness to travel to different sites and local areas as required for recruitment, deployment, and site visits.
