Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Field Officer to manage security guards and oversee daily security operations at client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor security guards' attendance, discipline, uniform and performance.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
- Manage manpower deployment and arrange replacements for absent guards.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve security-related issues.
- Handle emergencies and prepare incident reports.
- Conduct guard briefings and ensure site instructions are followed.
- Maintain daily inspection, attendance and manpower reports.
- Support recruitment and deployment of security personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Security Operations.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and manpower.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Basic MS Office / WhatsApp reporting knowledge.
