Field Installation Engineer – Hyderabad
Position: Field Installation Engineer
Location: Hyderabad – All Areas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Urgent Hiring
- Job ResponsibilitiesDeploy and install POS / Swiping Machines at assigned merchant locations.
- Visit customer/merchant locations as per the provided data.
- Perform installation, configuration, testing and basic troubleshooting of POS devices.
- Attend maintenance and service-related issues.
- Recover unused, inactive or unwanted POS devices from merchant locations.
- Maintain proper records of installed and recovered devices.
- Submit daily activity/status updates as required.
- Coordinate with the operations team for assigned tasks and field updates.
- Candidate RequirementsCandidates with field installation, POS, telecom, DTH, Wi-Fi, CCTV or device deployment experience are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and POS/electronic devices.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must be comfortable travelling across Hyderabad.
- Candidate should be ready to work anywhere in Hyderabad based on the available data/assignments.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Company will provide the required field data/merchant details.
- Regular field assignments based on available data.
- Opportunity to work on a large-scale POS deployment and service project.
