Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visit Customers: Travel to homes or businesses in the local area to collect unpaid dues.
- Negotiate Plans: Help customers set up new payment dates if they face money troubles.
- Handle Money: Collect cash or checks and issue official receipts.
- Keep Records: Log all visits, payments, and customer responses into the company database daily.
- Report: Give daily and weekly progress reports to the branch manager
