Sales

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Increase Average Bill Value (ABV).
• Increase Units Per Bill (UPT).
• Promote add-on sales.
• Build repeat customers.

Product Knowledge

• Understand all brands stocked at BHX.
• Explain fabric, fit, care instructions and product benefits.
• Stay updated with new launches.

Store Standards

• Maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure shelves remain full.
• Replenish products.
• Maintain cleanliness.
• Support stock counting.

Customer Service

• Handle complaints professionally.
• Build customer loyalty.
• Encourage repeat visits.
