Job SummaryPMI is looking for an experienced Aluminium Production Factory Manager to oversee the complete factory operations related to aluminium, glass, uPVC, ACP, and facade fabrication works.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of aluminium fabrication, production planning, AutoCAD drawings, cutting list preparation, manpower management, and factory operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Factory ManagementManage day-to-day factory operations.
• Plan and monitor production schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of fabrication works.
• Coordinate with site teams and project managers.
• Monitor quality control and production efficiency.
• Manage labour, supervisors, and machine operators.
• Technical ResponsibilitiesStudy project drawings and fabrication details.
• Prepare and verify cutting lists for aluminium profiles.
• Prepare production schedules based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with procurement for materials and accessories.
• Review fabrication drawings and shop drawings.
• Ensure proper utilization of aluminium profiles and minimize wastage.
• AutoCAD & DocumentationRead and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
• Coordinate with drafting and design teams.
• Verify dimensions and fabrication details before production.
• Maintain production records and material tracking.
• Machinery & MaintenanceMonitor CNC machines, cutting machines, routers, and fabrication equipment.
• Ensure proper machine maintenance and operation.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service technicians when required.
• Inventory & Material ControlMonitor aluminium profile stock.
• Manage hardware and accessories inventory.
• Track material consumption and wastage.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Business Development SupportCoordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and clients.
• Attend technical meetings when required.
• Support project execution and factory presentations.
• RequirementsMinimum 5–10 years experience in aluminium, glass, facade, or uPVC industry.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication systems.
• Experience in curtain wall, structural glazing, ACP, and window systems.
• Ability to prepare cutting lists and production planning.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle factory operations independently.
